Can you set up casino tables in a Salt Lake City home or backyard?
Yes — we set up in homes, backyards, clubhouses, and finished basements across the Wasatch Front every weekend, from The Avenues to Draper and Daybreak. We just need clear access and roughly 10' x 10' per table.
Is this legal in Utah?
Yes. We run casino-themed entertainment with play money only — chips have no cash value, guests never buy chips, and there are no cash payouts. With no real wagering it isn't 'gambling' under Utah Code Title 76, Chapter 10, Part 11 (§76-10-1101 et seq.), so it's fully legal for private and corporate events in Utah. And since Utah has no casinos, a casino party lets you bring the Vegas experience to your venue without busing guests all the way to Wendover.
